Stella is suspicious of alcohol she didn't open and serve herself for a little while, but she's never been a huge drinker anyway (it's just for taste, or at social occasions).
It doesn't have a long term effect on her habits. (Also canonically you see the wol drink plenty later on)

#StellaAltair absolutely took noble etiquette lessons and embraced being a ward of House Fortemps. As an Au Ra in Ishgard she wanted to be fully aware of all the social rules so that when she broke them deliberately to stick it to someone she could do it with precision.

Stella loves the slow, methodical ritual of preparing and enjoying a perfect cup of tea. She's a bit all over the place what with her wol duties and her ravenous consumption of tomes on magic, so it helps her to slow down and take a break. She likes a nice slow morning too.
