Before the main event, a team of Ex-#Portland players took on a team of former #SeattleSupersonics players, with the #SuperSonics pulling out the win, with a little help. The #Sonics only had four players show up so former #Blazers forward #GregSmith joined #SlickWatts, #LeonardGray, #HenryAkin, and #TalSkinner. The #Portland team consisted of #LaRueMartin, #DannyAnderson, #LarrySteele, #LeRoyEllis, and #DarrallImhoff. Most likely, this is the first Blazers Alumni game, but @blazerscollector.bsky.social would know that answer. The team would travel around Oregon and help raise for money for various charitable organizations for manny years.
