Pretty much everywhere in the world renewables are now the lowest cost way to generate electricity.
All non renewable plant, old, new or on the drawing board is a #StrandedAsset either now or well inside that plants foreseeable lifetime.

You're missing the key point, this pipeline won't make a profit for 30 years, it won't even do it for 15, or we'll most certainly die young(er). It's a #StrandedAsset, an apparent asset you cannot use to its physically capable end of life because of other limitations, in this case ecological.
