I gave bullets a fixed life time, increased bullet damage and BOOM: combat is a lot more interesting already. Just because of these two changes!
Now I gotta find a way to reward aggressive players with loot.
Firing speed can be upgraded later with gold!

Nintendo DS aesthetic. Low poly, crunchy, chill. You grow your own tea plant over multiple weeks, like Nintendogs. Then you have to setup your own ceremonial process, you choose the actions, music, etc.

The rare upgrade merchant. One of few! Some kind of strange bird creature. It has a friendly disposition, as long as you strictly talk business... although the creature doesn't talk, it just takes your gold and gives you upgrades, but... nonetheless.

Player is a journalist living under dictatorship. Trees grow ice cream fruit, which all have to be exported, to keep the economy alive. Player finds smugglers. Has to decide: rat out or work with them, destroy the economy and overthrow the dictator, through stolen sales.

I overhauled the loot system. It's now way easier to add new items and weapons.
When you pick up a new weapon, your current one gets dropped on the ground, so you can pick it up later.
Also: Gold! Because upgrade merchants need to live too!

Platformer where you play as an eye on a leg. You go from bank to bank to try to rob them. When you get busted you go to jail, where you'll find other criminals, who you can hire when you're out. But you have to hide and launder your money, by investing it wisely. #Gamedev #StrangeGames
