The under-cover parking area of a shopping centre. We're looking at a very full carpark, with two adjacent occupied disabled parking spaces. A third driver saw enough of a gap between the two parked cars, and thought it appropriate to *illegally* park theirs *in between* the two *legally* parked cars. Caption added by Rob VK4ALL: "There are some totally brainless drivers around !"
