#SummerSurvivors was grimmer for the health system setting and because there is no silver lining, quite the opposite. It also appears the Lithuanian health system is almost as under resourced as the Irish one when it comes to mental health.

#Fugue by Agnieszka Smoczyńska left me the most unsettled & contrasts with #SummerSurvivors taking place almost entirely in the asylum of the family rather than the medical world. Alicja/Kinga's mental illness a terrible as is includes an element of liberation from the family

2 of my 11 #VMDIFF19 films left me feeling disturbed & anxious afterwards, to the point its taken a couple of days to appreciate them. Both were E. European films where the (lack of) mental health of central characters provided the storyline, #Fugue & #SummerSurvivors
