We have seen cats of many colours, including 'cat with rainbow on its nose'. Gentle creatures, dog with ball, dogs on beach, and dogs performing chaos. Frog on stairs and portrait of two lovely rats and surprising number beetles. And all of them we glad to see

Scanned photo of a very scruffy White West Highland terrier. A pure, sweet soul who is still much missed.
My soul-dog Misty. Originally belonged to a married couple and was so attached to the husband. They got a divorce, wife demanded her for the kids then promptly returned her to breeder. She was the sweetest little thing and I still miss her 20 odd years on. #SundayPixBelovedCritters

Just a ridiculous creature. #SundayPixBelovedCritters

This is a bird we go looking for periodically and this afternoon we were lucky enough to see it.
It perches quite close to a road and you can see cars in the background.
A very beautiful, quite chonky tortie and white cat is sitting on a grey chair. Her white floofy belly is on display. She is staring at me, daring me to sit on the chair and making it clear she would not approve.
#SundayPixBelovedCritters Amy was making it very clear that this was, in fact, her chair. And no, she wasn’t prepared to share.
A white and a black whippet in a basket.

The lilac-breasted roller is about the size of a blackbird. it has an olive-green head, a lilac breast, and a turquoise stomach with turquoise wings edged in dark blue. it has long tail streamers in a very dark blue, almost back. there are two in this picture. One is perched on a tree stump, looking slightly to the left, towards the one that is flying out of shot, showing the turquoise underneath its wings and the dark blue outline.

A mute swan cygnet, in its fluffy grey baby down, sitting on a plank of wood. You can see one bright black eye and its beak is tucked against its chest.
#SundayPixBelovedCritters One of these days, I'll do a #SundayPix without a swan in it. Today is not that day.
Milo is a real character. Very loveable, likes to be with people, often (if possible) on people.
