#SundayPixLights Kaarsjes Avond (Candle evening) is when they switch on the Gouda tree lights, & the city hall (1st pic) & all the shops around it (2nd pic) put real lit candles in the windows. Takes place mid December. Last year was the first time I've ever been.

Oh, #SundayPixLights comes at a perfect time, I put up the indoor holiday lights yesterday. Nothing fancy, but it makes everything so much more cozy and cheerful during these long nights.
