Bottles of home made spicy switchel

I made #switchel today, an American drink I think. My recipe is pretty spicy, with chilli, turmeric, ginger and rosemary, along with orange, cider vinegar and honey. Delicious and fantastically good for you.

Day 0

Day 1: the fermentation has begun and the grape color is starting to dominate. The fermentation has brought the grapes to the top.

Day 2: very active fermentation. More color has seeped into the water.

The grape switchel is bottled and the raspberry switchel is started. The ginger bug is also pictured.
