An American hippopotamus stuffed inside of a tiny little shoe. But wait, notice his shoe is tied to the right & double knotted. LOL. Tying the shoe to the right indicates this creature CANNOT bend over to lace his stirrups and thus, must bring his leg across his adjoining leg in order to tie laces. Oh my!

As I'm not a medical doctor, I'm just curious if there is a condition akin to swollen ankles but instead of the feet, around the neck? What condition is neck swelling?
