Although this is linked to #DoctorWho's #SwordofOrion, you don't have to have heard the former to understand #Scorpius. However, it does lay some context if you have. For a series titled #Cyberman - they don't feature all that much, but that is actually a good thing.

In short, #SwordofOrion is not terrible, but as a #Cybermen awakening story, it was done before in the infinitely better #TomboftheCybermen. As a base under siege story, unfortunately it just didn't bring anything new or remarkable to the table.

#DoctorWho's #SwordofOrion is unfortunately your bog standard base under siege story with #Cybermen. A positive is that the background music was used much better here, with certain parts feeling creepy and atmospheric. In all honesty, this would've scored better with fewer parts.

If these audios were stories on TV, then #StormWarning would've been the opening to a series, where the Doctor meets his newest companion. Therefore, #SwordofOrion is Episode 2, where said companion takes their first voyage in the TARDIS.

After returning to the role in the previous audio, #PaulMcGann once again proved in #DoctorWho's #SwordofOrion to be the strongest element of the story. It really is shocking how little screen time he has had because he really is proving to be great in the role.
