#T4S3: our role is to look at where gaps are and how do we fill them and make sure we serve employees. How do we manage these resources and try to find the happy medium of profit and positiveemployee engagement? - Karen #LTUK25
#T4S3: Simon: we knew since the 2008 crisis and Skills & Capability report that we need to change and yet we make little to no impact.
One piece of advice: learn and understand how your org make money and their pain point. #LT25uk
#T4S3: The pace of change is really ramping up and businesses demand more of us in L&D. People want time efficient upskilling AND personalisation right off the bat. And for most cases, we're not time nor cost effective- Karen. #LT25uk

Simon: We need to reframe our thinking about how to add value.
Karen: if we're not relevant, we're redundant. We need to focus our offering, not dilute it. #LT25uk
