Level 2.5 #teletext has 16 redefinable and 16 fixed colours. But Level 3.5 allows all 32 colours to be redefined.
The 16 colours of CLUTs 2 and 3 are redefined, and by redefining a further 4 colours and using 9 remaining colours as is, we can shoehorn in all 29 colours of Joseph's dreamcoat.

It was a programme led service which sat alongside Oracle until the end of 1992 on page 401 and then on Teletext post 1993 on pages 300-399.
