I've got a busy couple of days ahead to get ready for the Tour of Britain tour. Not only have I got to work out what kit I'm taking but all this (and I bet there's something I've forgotten) has got to fit on this bike #cycling #gravelbike #bikepacking #cycletour #TourOfBritain #TOB25 #ToBtour

Finally finalising my trip in September (pending an airbnb booking) for the @tourofbritain.bsky.social which should look like this.
I just have the Waterloo train to book at the station as south west trains don't do bike reservations online. An excuse to ride the new bike🚴‍♂️ #TOB25 #TOBtour #cycling

Maybe somewhere in the middle? Newport is the easiest to get to, but I would prefer to stay in Cardiff.
I'll hopefully be riding home from either on Monday, so it would be great to stay the last night in Cardiff. Maybe I'll have to book a night in each #cycling #cycletouring #TOB25

I can't decide where to stay Saturday and Sunday, whether to stay in Cardiff or Newport, in another Airbnb or book a hotel. I'll need somewhere safe for my bike, breakfast and ideally washing facilities for my kit 🚴‍♂️🤔 #cycling #cycletouring #TOB25

The cycle tour to see the Tour of Britain is taking shape. Booked so far: First night, Travelodge in Waterloo, 2 nights nr Ipswich (couldn't get Stowmarket), 2 nights in Bedford & a premier inn @ Ross-on-Wye on Friday. Just the last 2 nights in Cardiff or Newport to book #cycling #cycletour #TOB25
