He cooks a LOT and while these are all vacation food, his home meals can be just as great. 💖✨
Four perfectly cooked lamb chops with a lemon garlic butter sauce. Served alongside roasted potatoes, carrots, and broccoli. The veg tasted way better than they look and this was one of my favorite dishes of the trip!
A sea bass dish with corn, asparagus, snap peas, and other vegetables served with a chili vinaigrette. I loved this dish, every component was delicious and well thought out but it was very light (& expensive) so I wish I got more for what I had paid. 🙁
Roasted chicken with shrooms, onions, and cornbread. While not as colorful as some of the other dishes I posted, the skin was magnificently crispy and this was one of my favorite meals of the trip. Singlehandedly changed my mind about ordering chicken dishes at upscale restaraunts.
3 different sushi rolls, all delicious. I am a sucker for sushi and these delivered! Top: Rainbow roll, spicy tuna filling topped with a variety of fish. Bottom left: Shrimp tempura roll with eel sauce, definitely my favorite. Bottom right: Tuna avocado roll, simple and fresh!
