"THE STRINGS OF WILLIS MANOR" draft is shaping up to be something I'm really proud of. It's a much shorter story, so I pop in and out of it whenever I need a break from "FROM THE SEA FRET"

THE STRINGS OF WILLIS MANOR: Still progressing steadily. A lot of the horrors/fears that are explored in this story come from a very personal place, so I'm giving them as much room to breathe as I can. I've fallen back in love with this world.

Thistle Willis is so defiant and angry all the time. She's bitter, and her icy exterior only melts for certain people. She's endurance incarnate and I love her deeply

To really put into perspective how different my (current) two MC's are:

-Callum is anxiously 80% of the time, and desperately hopes nobody notices.

-Thistle will bite and kick with all of her might. If she catches someone staring, she'll yell until they get embarrassed.
