Morgen spiele ich da #Linux Mint auf das Tuxedo Notebook. Dann ist Schluss mit dem Gekasper.

Sometimes using a point release #Linux distro is smarter than going for the cutting edge i.E. openSUSE Tumbleweed in my case.

#wiVRn works beautifully well with all my HMDs but lacks a proper #openSUSE package and I fail at building these.

So #TuxedoOS is my backup choice when playing in #VR.

Nun versuche ich gerade #TuxedoOS kennen zu lernen. Der Desktop ist anders als der von Linux Mint und sehr kleinteilig einstellbar. Da kann man sich leicht verlaufen und es ist sehr fummelig.
Einiges gefällt mir besser, vieles nicht.
#Nextcloud lässt sich da besser einstellen. Und #ShadowRun läuft 😍

Ich versuche einen SMB Share via fstab unter #tuxedoos einzubinden. Das Laufwerk ist bereits unter Remote zu erreichen und ich kann auch damit arbeiten, aber in KeepassXC kann ich nur über das direkte Öffnen der Datei darauf zugreifen, aber nicht über "open Database"
