You can skip the mission on the bridge if you simply... don't put the bridge down all the way. There's no invisible wall.

It's Vijounne in a sea-themed witch outfit. Her headgear is modeled to look like a manta ray. The "dress" has a high neckline, pointed shoulders, a floaty mantle aqua attached to it near her collarbones, and aqua accents all around. The torso has a V-cut so you get some side boob, I guess. There's accents that mimic fish gills around the ribcage. The sleeves flare out and look a bit like a wavy coral. She's got black short gloves on that have clawed tips. Below the torso, it's just tentacles. Do not ask me how it works for I do not know.
