Granger was a sitting Representative until the end of the current Congress. She last voted on a House bill in July, per the story. Reportedly she was found wandering + lost in her home district.

The AP has called the #TX12 GOP runoff for Craig Goldman. He'll have no trouble winning in November in this Trump+18 seat being vacated by GOP Rep. Kay Granger.

With 22% of the vote counted in the #TX12 GOP runoff, Craig Goldman leads John O’Shea 66–34%. Both are conservative but O'Shea was backed by the MAGA wing of the party (Ken Paxton, Michael Flynn).

While you were sleeping: The AP says there will be a May runoff between Craig Goldman and John O’Shea for the GOP nomination in #TX12, a safely Republican open seat.

With 47% of the vote counted, Craig Goldman is leading John O'Shea 54–28% in the GOP primary for the open #TX12. O'Shea was endorsed by Ken Paxton and was a potential Freedom Caucus member.
