If you want an E3-style experience and are able to, go to the Taipei Game Show. Tickets for the public are dirt-cheap (under $10 USD) and only a little more expensive for industry badges (which give you access to the business meeting rooms & industry talks). #taipeigameshow

The indie section had a ton of tables set up with devs showing off their games. Got a free art book after trying out Rogue with the Dead. Here's a fun elevator game I played (still want to make my own over-the-top elevator game). #taipeigameshow

There were stores on the show floor where you could buy games, hardware, and merch. Here's some Square-Enix stuff they had (they had all the FF7 main characters in plushie form, but I thought they'd get mad if I took too many pictures). And also a Zelda master sword. #taipeigameshow

Tried the new Lunar collection. They had a Lunar: Eternal Blue demo in the starting tower dungeon. I believe it was the Switch version (Switch controller) and it seemed like it was a faithful port with ok load times. Pleased I understood the dialogue in Mandarin. #taipeigameshow
