It’s a waste time listening to Carney’s spin: small modular nuclear is fantastically expensive, unnecessary when you consider solar & wind, never mind that will create a legacy of toxic waste, just like carbon capture & storage it’ll never allow #tarsand oil production to become carbon neutral.
