Tea mug (Scandikitchen branding), tiny milk jug, cinnamon bun got up as a semla (cream and marzipan inside)
London pottering today. Cultural later. #TeaUp priority. Last semla of the season I imagine.

Cheers! Still on #TeaUp thanks to a lurgy. Plus whilst opening a new jar of mixed herbs it exploded all over the kitchen including into the previous mug of tea. Which tasted very… odd. But I am very glad I’m not the one responsible for clock
changes in this house.
A mug of green tea and a plate with buttered hot cross buns on a mosaic bistro table. The mug is at an awkward angle as it is a photo mug and I didn't want to share photos of other people.
On leave today and enjoying #TeaUp on the balcony before returning to the To Do list.
Blue and white china teapot, white teacup and milk jug, steel strainer, on cafe table in a narrow old traditional tearoom
One last #TeaUp. I rather love Sally Lunn, so that's one classic Bath tourist trap per holiday.
A flat white and a slice of chocolate cake on a metal table next to a river.
A glass of white wine being held in front of a river.
Followed by #TeaUp next to the river, then a cheeky tipple.
Went with this suggestion. I don't think there were any images I had seen before. Really interesting. And now #TeaUp in the cafe
Stack of books, in reverse ordee: Elly Griffiths, The Frozen People Peter Lovesey, Stagestruck Freeman Wills Crofts Inspector French: a Losing Game Chris Bookmyre, Where the Bodies are Buried Django Wexler, Everybody Wabts to Rule the World Wxcept Me
Teacup and saucer on a side table next to the Inspector French book, and a golden velvet seat adjacent
Book transparency alongside #TeaUp in my hotel, for I walked up to Prior Park and back today and am putting my feet up.
I brought along the Inspector French (in progress) and Elly Griffiths (read), and have read the Lovesey also. Brookmyre next (thanks Sarah).
Like I say, I holiday reading.
Nobody else is awake yet, I’ve got #TeaUp and am watching a robin flying backwards and forwards with bits of twig to build a nest.
Blue and white striped mug of tea, with matching milk jug visible and behind matching sugar bowl and salt cellar
In addition to extremely lovely German artworks and a Tudor talk, today I've bought a dress, a handbag, some fish and chips, a forest fruits choux bun and a very decent cocktail. Chippy tea came with proper tea and could not have been more delicious. This is a good place for me to holiday. #TeaUp
Colour photo of an empty cup on a saucer and plate with a teaspoon, on a brown circular table top.
Not #TeaUp, because I wanted the combined sweetness and caffeine of a mocha, but I can report that the Railway Station cafe is still IMHO the best lunchtime venue when you are working @heritagewshc.bsky.social for the day #archives
The corner of a messy desk with a water bottle, a reusable cup, a notebook, and a diary. There is a teabag on the notebook.
I intended to make #TeaUp earlier. I got this far.
Metal teapot and milk jug beside cup of tea
I am at the Holburne Museum, and I've taken an unfeasible quantity of photos for about 40 mins just looking at their new acquisitions. God, they have some amazing patrons.
Exhausted by culture #TeaUp
Made it! #Teaup even if it is a hot chocolate
one of my first jobs - tea lady for the children's and religious (programming) floors. I had a trolley with a tea urn and a bell! #TeaUp 🫖
Well that was a different day
Firstly the car wouldn't unlock or start, think the key battery has worn out. So back indoors to do an hour & a half's work (OAP pass not allowed until 9.30). Bus was quite quick. Did my exercise minutes so that was a bonus. Now having a coffee & cookie in town #TeaUp
Lot of quiet. #TeaUp
PS what a brilliant colour the second one tea.
Cafe table with pot and cup of English breakfast tea
Cafe table with pot and cup of bright pink hibiscus tea
Very much a double #TeaUp day. Much quiet. Much needed.
A cappuccino dusted with chocolate, alongside a chocolate tiffin.
I may have chosen today's walk based on the availability of a #TeaUp opportunity en route.
Still on #TeaUp whilst I clear up roast dinner but I am particularly pleased with the Yorkshire puddings, which I think have improved since moving to Yorkshire? Cheers!
Started the day with a #TeaUp fail. Split it all over myself and the sofa (thankfully it had cooled at this point and I'd drank half the cup).
Tea mug with embedded tannins up the sides and a tea bag revealed among darkly stewed tea dregs at the bottom
A bad start to the day. Wondered why my nice breakfast tea was so strong. Then a ghost teabag loomed in the depths. Trying not to read as an omen. #TeaUp
#TeaUp is a FANCY mocha today
I’ve still only got as far as #TeaUp but I have made an apple and blackberry crumble inbetween digging muddy holes in the lawn and relocating child to various activities scattered across York.
Currently enjoying #TeaUp after a walk and a couple of pints with a friend. We'll probably join #ConfinedCocktails later once we've eaten and rehydrated.
A selection of 5 different boxes of teabags on a kitchen counter.
Sunny #UnconfinedWalks to the supermarket to replenish #TeaUp supplies.
