The last time I've drawn her for the PAP packs. A better show of her actual size and how she has a more teasing and in control side. She's not nearly as easy as the other girls the good doctor experiments on. This whole background is an amalgamation of some photo-bashing where I sometimes followed the images but more often then not just did whatever felt right to place in there. Doing that likely took at least twice as long as the main focus hah.
Instead a theme I'm highlighting one of my OC's. Frassy started with a different color scheme for a PAP entry. She got a new colors after and is my more distinguished, older Poke-ladies.~

A strict and no-nonsense leopard seal who is bringing back two of his stray students. Mao otter and Erolunai the tigerbear. Both been sneaking in and enjoying the experimental fruit which is both super delicious and rich but also caused them to grow macro. She's scolding him for not keeping them in check and threatens him if he doesn't do better she'll take over his research to do it for him.
