L’alcalde rep la vicepresidenta executiva de la Comissió Europea, Teresa Ribera 16/04/2026 | Imprimeix Temps estimat de lectura: 2 minuts * **Collboni i Ribera han parlat sobre la situació de l’habitatge a escala europea i sobre les accions que s’estan desenvolupant tant des de Barcelona com des de la Comissió Europea per aportar solucions a aquesta crisi** L’alcalde de Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, ha rebut aquesta tarda a l’Ajuntament de Barcelona a la vicepresidenta executiva per a una Transició Neta, Justa i Competitiva i Comissària de Competència de la Comissió Europea, Teresa Ribera. A la trobada també han participat la tinenta d’alcaldia, Laia Bonet, i els comissionats d’Afers Europeus i d’Habitatge, Mar Jiménez i Joan Ramon Riera. Collboni i Ribera han compartit la seva preocupació per la problemàtica de l’habitatge a la Unió Europea i han posat en comú les estratègies i iniciatives que s’estan executant des d’ambdues administracions per tal de donar-hi resposta. En aquest sentit, l’alcalde li ha traslladat a la vicepresidenta mesures com la decisió de no renovar les llicències dels pisos d’ús turístic (HUTs) el novembre de 2028. A més, han parlat del Pla Europeu d’Habitatge Assequible i de la pròxima publicació de l’Affordable Housing Act, així com de les negociacions del Marc Financer Plurianual (MFF) amb la voluntat que contempli fons per a l’habitatge que arribin de manera àgil a les ciutats.
