No. It was donated to the #redbanknj by this couple. The woman, coincidentally, went on to chair the boro's new electoral charter commission, then benefitted by getting elected onto the new "non-partisan" council she had devised.

NJ already has regulations, but can't even enforce them. 80% of the eBikes I see in town are out-of-class bikes which should have already been banned. Then there are the kids riding eBikes on the street...
