Despite being nerfed today, Shen has by far the strongest single unit trait in Set 17, Space Gods. Make sure you give Bulwark to all of your carries. Do not need to greed on your main frontliner. In addition, his ability also provides utility by slowing enemy team attack speed while also giving your team attack speed in a rectangle AoE that often hits both teams' entire frontlines. At current tuning I believe Shen should be played close to 100% of the time you find him, even without Bastion.

Good morning everyone. As we wrap up Day 2 of Space Gods PBE, it's time for our first big batch of changes and balance adjustments. Probably the biggest shift here is the large nerfs in the 5 cost space. While we want the top end comps to run one to three 5 costs to power them up, we don't want to end up in a world where 5 cost soup is the optimal line. So we're pulling a pretty substantial amount of power out of them, to allow other strategies to do well.

Beyond that, with there being no encounters that adjust augments, we're upping the rates of Prismatic augments by default a bit, to get the total odds to closer to what we're used to in previous sets. From there, lots of little adjustments. Channeler is now called Conduit, some god offerings got buffed, and tooltips are getting more info added to be clearer. And of course, lots of bug fixes. Thanks all for the feedback so far. Hopefully from here on out things are smooth. Have fun, and take it easy :)

Nova is similar to Heavenly from Set 11. It is listed as a 2/5 piece trait but you can play 3 or 4 and get the benefits of each of these units shown below for your ENTIRE TEAM. The 5 piece gives an additional (mostly) selfish bonus to a NOVA unit (just put it on your best one).

PBE should be up in the next 6 or 7 hours, which means it's time for my list of things you should know if you plan on participating in PBE. Here we go! 1) Don't fall for Robinsongz or anyone else retweeting an old tweet saying PBE is up. Wait for an official "Space Gods PBE is up" post. Don't let them get away with it! 2) There will be bugs! Please report them on the various social media platforms and the team will be getting them fixed quickly. PBE helps us get that last bit of polish and edge cases solved, so thank you for reporting them. 3) The balance won't be perfect. Please feel free to pass on feedback around units that are too strong or too weak, but also be aware that it can take a while for people to truly understand the power of things. Figure out BIS and what not. Don't overreact!

4) If you take the Booster Pack augment and low roll, blame Kent. Be sure to tweet at him. He wants to know every time this augment is taken :P 5) Each morning I'll be doing posts around the changes you can expect each day. Those changes happen around noon PST each day when the PBE goes down. This happens M-F, not on weekends. 6) Have fun! It's another new set of TFT, and it's a great time to join. Be welcoming to anyone who is diving in and let's explore the Space Gods together. TFT is a great community and game, so let's keep that. Ok that's it for now.
