St John’s Church, Tunbridge Wells. I’m not studying its history as such, but records and events there will crop up regularly.

Part of the former St John’s Infant School, now partly a private nursery and this part has been converted to residential use.

As it’s #OnePlaceWednesday I thought I should share a few pictures of #TheLew in #TunbridgeWells which I’m studying. I’ve seen a fair bit of it over Christmas, as it includes my osteopath, hairdresser, cheese shop and pub. Captions in the ALT+TEXT for each image.

The setting is a yard bordered by a privacy fence (right to center). White snow covers the ground & limbs of trees. The trees are bare (leafless) & the morning light reaches from near the photo center across the yard. Lots of shadow cast by the fence & trees.
