St John’s Church, Tunbridge Wells. I’m not studying its history as such, but records and events there will crop up regularly.
Part of the former St John’s Infant School, now partly a private nursery and this part has been converted to residential use.
The entrance sign for the Boys’ section of the former St John’s Infant School, dated 1860.
The entrance sign for the Girls’ section of St John’s Infant School, dated 1892. This part of the building is now a house.
As it’s #OnePlaceWednesday I thought I should share a few pictures of #TheLew in #TunbridgeWells which I’m studying. I’ve seen a fair bit of it over Christmas, as it includes my osteopath, hairdresser, cheese shop and pub. Captions in the ALT+TEXT for each image.
