1) Dang, Khanin was brave for standing up to the king.
2) The king is most certainly aware of what's going on in the mine. He just doesn't care.

Khanin is already more of a king than the king ever was. He is righteous and properly cares for his people. I'm glad Khanin fights for what is right. I love him so much.
