It was co-produced w/#krautrock producer #ConnyPlank at his studio in Cologne, w/numerous guest musicians.Plank had previously worked w/ Dave & Annie in their previous band #TheTourists
The Tourists met succes with their video for their #NewWave cover version of "I Only Want To Be With You". #OnThisDay October 15, 1๏ธโฃ9๏ธโฃ7๏ธโฃ9๏ธโฃ #TheTourists released 'Reality Effect'. There was a lot of retro sixties DNA in this, and not just in the Dusty Springfield cover.
