Demolition began 12/01/26 on another clifftop house in #Thorpeness, work brought forward due to rapid coastal erosion over the weekend. This is the fourth clifftop house in the village (down the coast from Dunwich) to be demolished this winter. www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home...

Blew the Christmas cobwebs off today with a trip to #Thorpeness just oop the rud bah! Great close views of at least 3 Velvet scoter on the sea amongst a small flock of common scoter, then onto the mere where eventually the returned drake ring necked duck showed well & 8 Goosander rounded it all up.
