Chipping away at this WIP Model Manager again last night. I've just about got the baseline features setup - now including scene persistence (with manual export/import & consistent per-model json schema)

The need for this new module is a result of working on the Enterprise project in Feb. The ship model took a lot of manual setup, especially with materials in #threeJS

1x model, 4x meshes and around 20x materials (with 10x custom materials). So I need a better way to manage this kind of project.
