Also, a big thank you to our sponsors and equipment providers! π Without your support, an event like #TiM2025 wouldn't have been possible. Your contribution made all the difference in bringing TiM to life. We truly appreciate your partnership! π
π Thank you for an amazing #TiM2025! π
Five days filled with inspiring talks, cutting-edge workshops on #microscopy, #RDM, #ImageAnalysis, and much more!
A huge thank you to all 220 participants for your enthusiasm & contributions!
Special thanks to @gerhardholst.bsky.social for the group picture!
π #TiM2025 is successfully wrapped up! A huge thank you to the entire organizing team, especially our managing director @janinahanne.bsky.social and our project manager Klara Diester, for their weeks of dedication and planning. We were thrilled to make this amazing event possible! π
So happy to hear you enjoyed #TiM2025! It was amazing having you here as a key note speaker and panelist! Thank you for your positive feedback and for enriching TiM! β¨
Closing up Day 5 of #TiM2025 with our key note speaker Anna Kreshuk from EMBL @ilastik-team.bsky.social and her vision of & passion for sharing #FAIR data and #machinelearning models in #bioimaging π¬π₯οΈβοΈ
Today, #TiM2025 came to a close after a splendid talk by Anna Kreshuk @ilastik-team.bsky.social, Task Area Leader in @nfdi4bioimage.bsky.social, about making machine learning for bioimage analysis not only better but also more accessible.
Thanks to @gerbi-gmb.de for this exciting & inspiring week!

Reprise of #TiM2025! It was a pleasure to be part of this most amazing orga team!π€© See you again for #TiM2027!
#TiM2025 was a big success! I rarely attend conferences that are mostly workshops, but I should rethink that because I learned so much from the ones I attended! (A thread on the meeting)
π¬Lasers in science, lasers on the dance floor! More fantastic moments from Day 4 of #TiM2025: Our #fluorescence party brought both, with a spectacular laser show and live saxophone beats from the amazing Moni Ramoni. π·πΆπ₯
Thanks to @abberior.rocks for having me and the exchangeable #HaloTag Ligands! The workshop and #TiM2025 were a blast π
Memorable moments from Day 4 of #TiM2025: Key note speaker @superresolusian.bsky.social provided us inspiring insights into accuracy and reliability in #Fluorescence and #SuperResolution #Microscopy image processing.π¬π―
Learning big time from our colleagues Guillaume Gay and Julio Mateos-Langerak from @france-bioimaging.bsky.social about Data Management Tools and practices in the French Community at the #TiM2025. Thanks for a great and personalized Workshop! π
Insights from our workshop on exchangable fluorescent probes for gentle long-time STED imaging on the #STEDYCON at #TiM2025.

Taking a break doesnβt always mean sitting still! πββοΈπͺ During our active break, we got moving, recharged, and refocused with our trainer Kerstin. And as a thanks for boosting our energy and getting us ready for the next round of exciting talks and workshops, we gave her a pair of #TiM2025 socks π§¦
And that wasnβt all for #TiM2025 Day 3βs highlights! Our next key note speaker @ritastrack.bsky.social shared insights into her journey beyond academia as a @naturemethods.bsky.social editor and provided her expertise during the panel on #sustainability in science. ππ±
Sharing more highlights from Day 3: #TiM2025 key note speaker Serge Monneret inspired us with deep insights into optical thickness mapping using high-res wavefront sensors πΊοΈπ and introduced the french bioimaging community with their TiM equivalent #MiFoBio. Great international exchange in action! π«π·π©πͺ

Had a very fun and productive morning building telescopes and microscopes using the UC2 system! #TiM2025 has some great workshops!
Takeaway after the workflow session at #TiM2025: I'll make all my processing functions command-line-executable so I can simply hook them into @nextflow.io. Would be cool if @napari.org plugins supported this natively for function GUIs!
@anwaiarchit.bsky.social & @cppape.bsky.social demonstrating the power of micro-sam, the napari plugin for the microscopy segment anything model, in their awesome workshop at the #TiM2025 conference in MΓΌnsingen. π¬π¦ π»
Amazing #TiM2025
2x3 panel image generated by OMERO.figure. The left column is titled "confocal image". The right column "STED image". The top-row shows all three channels (chromatin/vimentin, tomm20/clock, nup107) at 10 micrometers. The next row shows a cropped region at 2 micrometers. The bottom row shows only the the nup107 channel in grayscale.
