Behind Door No. 8: Petite Gueuze #Tilquin. Interesting: unlike many other G(u)euzes, this is not a blend of "straight" Lambics, but of 30% Lambic and 70% Meerts (aka "Table Lambic", i.e. Lambic made from second runnings).
