On Sunday, I tested myself on fixed distances: 400m, 800m, and 1.5KM. 🏃‍♂️ Started way too fast on the 400m and completely exploded after 300m. 💥 How can I pace myself better for these shorter distances? Any tips for improving speed endurance?
