Board approves rezoning at Keighi Village for 224-unit multifamily development Supervisors approved a developer-led rezoning to allow four 4-story apartment buildings (224 units) at Keighi Village, removing prior proffers on the rezoned portion and imposing a requirement to build substantially in conformance with the submitted development plan.
