It's also the first of the month which means the #YEG #TrailSisters trail run was a "onesies" run. It was snowy, the trails were covered, and we weren't fast - but we were warm!

#TrailRun with #TrailSisters last night. The single track had some significant new snow that wasn't very packed down. It was more of an ankle conditioning walk than a run!
But the view of the ski hill was spectacular!
