Noticed on Sa that 1 of my #EstrogenPatches had fallen off sometime between the previous change of late Tu & then. Luckily I was scheduled for a change later that day. This was probably a big contributing factor in how tiered & emotional I've been all week. #HRT #TransHormones #frustrated

For over 2 years I've been getting 150 mcg a day of #estrogen via #EstrogenPatches that I charge twice a week. Today I determined that for at least 2 weeks I've not been absorbing all of the estrogen. Calling my doctor on Mo to get this resolved. #frustrating. #HRT #TransHormones #TransHealthCare
