Rhetoric from south of the imposed border we want to remind Canadians that is the language of settler colonizers; to remove by violence the people deemed ‘in the way’ of profiting from resource extraction.
This thinking is in settler psyche and began with the formation of the Province of Canada and its formation of the Dominion of Canada.
John A MacDonald held these beliefs and many leaders in our communities today support him and his beliefs.
This is the continued violence children must face when forced to attend schools named after him.

Restoring Hope Through Fashion: Support Red Rebel Armour’s Next Chapter
I’m Sean Rayland-Boubar, founder of Red Rebel Armour — an Indigenous-owned streetwear brand built with a purpose far beyond fashion.
After reclaiming my own life post-incarceration, I created Red Rebel Armour to open doors for others walking the same path. We don’t just sell clothes. We create second chances. Through our apparel line and Wahbanung Employment Service, we’ve helped 13 justice-involved Indigenous youth and adults reintegrate into the workforce — providing training, stability, and purpose.
