Bruce took care of Dael when they were 5 years old, raising him along with the tight-knit rural community in the city of San Barkos.

When Dael turned 16, they moved away to college in the big city, became an intern at Crop Corp at 18, but was unable to return to San Barkos until age 21. #TribLore

Dael was not born naturally-- they were one of 4 chimera-like experiments (Dogmonsters) who were rescued.

The Dogmonsters were adopted into normal lives. Dael was cared for by a kindly store owner named Bruskoe "Bruce" Teradore.
