Letzte Nacht träumte ich von #Migräne. Beim Aufwachen wusste ich: das war kein Traum. #Triptan rein, warten, ausharren, ertragen. Gegen Mittag ging es aufwärts. Nun liege ich im Bett und ernsthaft? Jetzt gehts schon wieder los🙄

Denke, ich lerne von meinen kaputten Zehen (habe die #Packungsbeilage der #Betablocker erst nach 3 Monaten gelesen) und lese diesmal direkt die Infos zum neuen #Triptan. Ergebnis: direkt Halsschmerzen und kalte Hände und Füße bekommen🙄😬

Wie ich es mache, mache ich es falsch🤷🏼‍♀️
