Ausschnitt : JA Als sich der Vorfall ereignete, fand dort eine Veranstaltung statt. Zunächst war von einem »bewaffneten Angriff« und einer möglichen Geiselnahme die Rede. Dies wurde aber nicht bestätigt. Der Einsatzleiter der Polizei teilte dem Sender NRK mit, dass zwei verdächtige Personen in einem Auto nahe der Synagoge gesichtet worden seien. Eine Person sei ausgestiegen und geflüchtet, während die andere mit hoher Geschwindigkeit weitergefahren sei. Es sei dann zu einer Verfolgungsjagd stadtauswärts gekommen. Das Auto fuhr in eine Nagelmatte, die die Polizei ausgelegt hatte.
