General Jeffrey Kruse. The Defense Intelligence Agency provides intelligence to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and to U.S. military personnel in the field.

Now that the known Russian asset Tulsi Gabbart has been confirmed, they will have to change the name of the office of the Director of National Intelligence.

The latter quality is missing, egregiously, and it sure bodes ill for the nation.
