Over on the bird site, we are engaged in a contest btwn #Tuppi (Mesopotamian tablet) and Khepri (Egyptian scarab) for likes. Hardworking Tuppi is sadly out of stock, but you should all email ISAC and demand a restock. Here he is checking on our drone, magnetometer and GPS locator.

Our NeoBabylonian household at #Nippur was into making animal figurines, especially camels, a recent domesticate related to the importance of the incense trade. #Tuppi is very suspicious of the one that looks like Feathers McGraw.

The arrival of new team members at #Nippur means starting two new trenches; resupply of ziplock bags, duct tape and chocolate; another visit to the ziggurat; and a tiny trowel for our mascot, #Tuppi.
