Having sadly lost loved ones to #cancer, I’m grateful to @cancerresearchuk.org for their incredible work in the fight against this disease.
With the #NationalCancerPlan, I hope this Parliament can be a #TurningPointForCancer.

I met with @cancerresearchuk.org in Westminster for World Cancer Day to pledge my support to make this Parliament a #TurningPointForCancer
We need a guarantee from the Government that 100% of patients start cancer treatment within 62 days from urgent referral, with this written into law.
#TurningPointForCancer @CRUK_Policy @cancerresearchuk
Every year, around 480 people in #Slough are diagnosed with #cancer and devastatingly 180 people die of it.
On #WorldCancerDay, pleased to support @cancerresearchuk.org campaign to make this a #TurningPointForCancer - we must do all we can to fight this awful disease.
I recently met with @cancerresearchuk.org which highlighted the barriers it is facing including red tape around clinical trials, as well as immigration policies and huge costs preventing top scientists and researchers from joining its institutes.
It’s time for a #TurningPointForCancer
This World Cancer Day, I’ve invited my MP to meet with Cancer Research UK and find out what they can do to help deliver a #TurningPointForCancer.
Will you do the same to to help make this plan the turning point for cancer we need? action.cancerresearchuk.org/page/184687/...
