Twelve Letters (Viki) is a compelling, brilliantly constructed and heartbreaking #cdrama. ML and FL (Zhou Yi Ran and Wang Ying Lu) struggle to live against all odds while we wonder if a mysterious post box could, perhaps, save the day. I loved it. #TwelveLetters (TW: violence/domestic violence)

Finally started Twelve Letters (Viki) and, even though I am only two eps in, I can already tell that this is going to be an incredible, top tier #cdrama. Wang Ying Lu is my stand out so far. She is giving such a powerful performance #twelveletters
It’s probably worth warning that #TwelveLetters is rather traumatic - though it’s a relatively short cdrama
#Reset is a shortish sci-fi thriller, & #Snowstorm is an atmospheric romance/sports drama set in snowy Helsinki (the ML is a retired snooker player, the FL is an up & coming snooker player)
Look, celebrities personal lives are none of my business but I admit that reading that #ZhengHeHuiZi and #RenYouLun are dating brings joy to my heart. They had incredible on-screen chemistry in the cdrama #TwelveLetters. It’s really cute that it translated to real life.

Não gosto de histórias em que o sofrimento é causado pela desigualdade de renda e vulnerabilidade social, mas não há uma crítica. Sou latina, né. Então achei muito chatas certas partes. Mas a atuação do Zhou Yiran, junto com o final tocante, faz valer a pena.

Lots of dark themes, but so beautifully constructed & shot. #TwelveLetters was challenging, but #HadINotSeenTheSun will test you as a viewer. If you a fan of storytelling & acting give this #cdrama a chance. Be prepared for it to end you though.

I loved #TwelveLetters but that ending, ugh! In many ways I appreciate the ending but wish they could have gone about it differently. It is bad enough it wasn't the ending I wanted but even worse they closed the door on my imagination of that ending 😭. But yeah, it is great!
Day 17: 2 many: #LeeJunHyuk was delightful, capable, & vulnerable in #LoveScout, #BaiJingTing was careful, loving, & patient in #TheFirstFrost, #ChenZheYuan was confident & appreciated a strong woman in #FatedHearts, & #ZhouYiRan yielded his life 4🖤 in #TwelveLetters.

#WangYingLu in #TwelveLetters. This was a tough performance in every aspect as Wang had to deliver an emotionally, physically, and also psychologically story about a young woman scarred by DV and trauma that still found the energy and will to get up in the morning.

Much higher acting standards. I love the leads of #LoveInTheClouds, but I don’t think they could have pulled off the characters in #TwelveLetters. This is why I voted for the later because my appreciation for the acting abilities of #WangYingLu & #ZhouYiRan grew significantly.
It is heavy & gritty, but wow was the storytelling incredibly tight & the acting was absolutely brilliant. #TwelveLetters
💯 in agreement with you on #TwelveLetters! Both nailed their role & they were not easy characters to portray in heavy themes. This #cdrama & #WangYingLu & #ZhouYiran deserve the accolades. I hope they do win a true acting or drama award for #TwelveLetters.
#TwelveLetters was gritty & engrossing. Both sets of actors portrayed the raw emotions of their characters within the heavy themes. Despite it being only 12 episodes it packed a punch to your gut on so many levels. I developed a whole new level of acting appreciation for #ZhouYiRan & #WangYingLu.
Do it for the dimples! But in all seriousness, #WangYinglu, #ZhouYiran and #TwelveLetters absolutely deserve all the praise. #cdrama

#ZhouYiran had a year. He delivered two incredible performances in the the #cdrama #Reborn and #TwelveLetters. Both are very different roles that demanded a lot of him but he truly delivered. He keeps establishing himself as leading man of presence but also full tenderness.
