Here it is: the UARB's decision on Halifax Water's requested rate increase. It reads densely. Although I have not yet fully consumed it, it seems to allow the first 15.8% rate increase in January, but reduce the second rate increase in April to 7% (as opposed to 17.1%). #halifaxwater #uarb (1/2)
