Q3: Perceived - yes. Mentoring can also take place using #UComs tools almost as well as in-person IF people are trained on how to use them and use them effectively.
In-person needs to be part of #hybrid, but commuting-in should always be for a specific agenda, not just the whim of a CEO.

That progression is well underway. For example, no one uses PTZ controls in #UComs rooms anymore, the camera does the work itself. Some high-end facilities / events will still need manual operators, but it's less and less. #AVInTheAM
