Uloborus plumipes: spider without venom.

Usually spiders kill their prey by injecting venom with fangs. But some species wrap an insect with super tangled silk into a tight package and cover it with digestive fluid. After a while the soup is ready.

So non-venomous spiders right? They Aussie too, team #Uloboridae. They vary a lot in colour but this one was extra eye catching I thought.

Most spiders have 8 eyes. But there are some exceptions, like this slender Miagrammopes sp. sporting 4 eyes! I found it in Rio de Janeiro. #uloboridae
