#Zeolites are common in Honolulu Volcanics #tuff and #lavas, always as a secondary mineral. #Garnet #pyroxenite xenoliths only occur in three places in Hawaiʻi, all of them rejuvenation vents.

Eruptions and earthquakes, the building of continents, the formation of mountain ranges and oceanic trenches: all are powerful signs of the earth's structure and mechanics.
