Sigma is a rather well endowed woman with a slim build and large bust, clad in a skin-tight jumpsuit with a black, white, brown, gold, orange and cyan color scheme, with the shoulders and thighs exposed. Sigma's outfit also features three golden sashes, with one around her waist as a belt and two acting as pantaloons for her shorts. The belt sash is capped off with a brown circular emblem featuring the Sigmatrix's symbol of an orange hollowed out hourglass or letter X, but with a cyan streak going through the middle when it would otherwise be black. From the bottom of the emblem, a two-tone orange and cyan ribbon flows down toward her knees. On Sigma's head, she features two very different two-toned eyes in orange and cyan, with the right eye looking ordinary with a circular eyeball and white sclera, but the left eye has a black sclera and the same orange and cyan hourglass symbol replacing the eyeball. From the left eye, orange and cyan circuit board patterns extend downward toward her cheek like tears. Sigma's head is capped off by long brunette hair tied into a ponytail, which features jagged dyed tips at the end of the ponytail, as well as an orange right bang and left cyan bang. The left bang is also accented by a hairclip that looks like the number 7 colored in brown and gold.

This second design for Sigma, depicting her in a somewhat younger (in air quotes) appearance, as it's her look earlier in the Universe 77 timeline compared to before. Here, Sigma's features are similar to the first design, but lessened. While not mentioned, the first Sigma design had fancy high heeled shoes, while this one features only simple sneakers. Sigma's body suit is less revealing, having now only a smaller cut out in the left thigh, and the upper half in particular now resembles a large, baggy hoodie, with the sleeves hanging limp as they extend past her hands. Sigma's hair in this "younger" form is also much shorter, but retains the same features of the individually colored bangs and long ponytail in the back, but now some extra bangs are present that cover the altered left eye. Sigma's facial expression in the last appearance was a warm smile, but here, she's preforming a cartoonishly exaggerated pout, her mouth forming an upside down V.

There's only one kind of A.I. that I trust, and it's this ol' girl.
